Amber's Multifunctional Conference Hall presents a unique integration of amenities and services for effectively conducting business conferences and exhibitions, as well as events of social and cultural nature.

The total floor area of the hall is 1059 m2.
It can hold up to 1500 people.

The interior design of the hall is based on the concept of geometrical arrangement, simplicity and functionality. Its white walls combined with the gray undertone of the polished granite floor provide a neutral background for any event. The large floor area allows for easy organization of the space and for diversity in the arrangement of the chairs, stage, podiums, exhibition displays and presentation equipment, so as to satisfy the goals and objectives of any event. Five large windows in the hall provide a sufficient quantity of natural light during daytime events. In addition, seven groups of high-powered halogen lights with independent remote switching illuminate the hall.

The hall is furnished with state-of-the-art amenities.

A multi-level sound-enhancement system is regulated with the help of a digital audio mixing console together with an array of both wired and wireless microphones. Sound recording equipment is also available.

The hall is equipped with three video projectors hung from the ceiling and directed at three 4X4 m retractable screens. The projectors can used to display the same information or can be used independently from one another.

The modern ventilation system is regulated and controlled by a computerized management system. Automatic air volume check-valves provide for a comfortable environment during any event. The duct system meets the most stringent noise insulation requirements.

The hall is equipped with an automatic fire-alarm and fire-extinguishing system, and with detectors for temperature, air-pressure and carbon dioxide concentration.

One of the hall’s many assets is the ability to arrange special VIP-areas to meet the individual requirements of our customers.

Adjacent to the main hall are seven smaller conference-halls, separated by sound-insulated partitions, which can be used for negotiations, registration of the participants, coffee-breaks and cocktail parties.

A large multifunctional room on the first floor can serve as a coatroom. Spacious staircases connect the hall with two separate entrances. A loading dock and service elevator with a bearing capacity of 1,250 kg are available.
